About alto
alto furnishes rental properties for investors. We turn an empty apartment into a revenue-ready short-let or long-let in 7–10 days, with a package specified for return rather than for show. We launched in 2026, we’ve had a busy first year of projects, and the systems are built: ordering, invoicing, client portal, handover app, agent referral programme. What we need now is the person who runs delivery and puts the finishing touches on every property.
The role
You’ll be the face of alto on site and the person our suppliers and clients deal with day to day. A typical fortnight:
- Site visits to measure, photograph and plan a new project
- Placing supplier orders, confirming delivery dates and checking quality on arrival
- Keeping clients updated and arranging move-in permits and building access
- Sourcing decorative pieces ahead of each install
- Booking and supervising install days: artwork, mirrors, TVs, curtains, final styling
- Chasing defects to resolution and logging project costs
- Shooting handover photos and video, and issuing the handover report through our app
You’ll also help get the alto name out to agents and investors, and earn commission on any deal you bring in.
Who this suits
- An eye for design and styling, plus a love of a plan, a checklist and a regular supplier chase
- Two or more years in interiors, fit-out, property management, short-let operations, hospitality or events is a plus, not a necessity
- Or a junior interior designer who wants real projects every week and commercial exposure, fast
- Confident and warm with clients, firm and friendly with suppliers
- Comfortable learning simple business software: our own app, Airtable, Claude and Zoho
- A decent eye behind a phone camera
- UAE driving licence and fluent English
- Happy working independently; you’ll be trusted from day one
